All under 16s must be accompanied at all times.

Join us for a 2hr fossil hunting trip along Runswick Bay. Each trip is different, but we should find a wide range of fossils from the Jurassic, around 190 million years ago. This event is suitable for all the family as the access is very easy. We do suggest wellies or stout footwear and a bag or bucket to put your finds in. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL.

There is a public pay and display car park at the bottom of the steep bank down to the bay, in the summer there are also extra pay car parks setup in various locations in the main village at the top of the cliff. Please be aware that it can get very busy in the summer so allow plenty of time. Also mobile phone coverage once down the main hill is very limited. Public toilets near our meeting place.

We meet at the top of the main two slipways to the beach, use the details below or this video to locate the meeting place.
